The Steampunk Empire

The Crossroads of the Aether

Celebration Station

Event Details

Event Description

Celebration Station is a month long party celebrating the third complete year of the Railroad! story. All March long we will have folks from all over the world share their art, articles, and fiction reveling in the weird western and steampunk genres.

We will also spend all month encouraging folks to donate to our chosen charity, The American Cancer Society. This year's charity was chosen to honor our original and number one fan, Scott Vogel. Scott read the very first copy of Railroad! volume one hot off the presses, and has been reading them ever since. Scott was recently diagnosed with leukemia. Help us help him fight by raising funds in his honor.

So be sure to join us for our 2014 Celebration Station! Interested in pitching in and helping out?

Anyone interested in participating in the 2014 Celebration Station, please let me know. This is your chance to pitch in with a bunch of other talented folks and show off your steampunk or weird western prowess, either in the form of art, or fiction or an article. This is not an anthology. I am not selling your story, just posting it online. I also welcome reprints with open arms. This is all just for the fun of it, to share your talent with others, and to draw attention to the chosen charity, The American Cancer Society. For more information, check out last year's Celebration Station at the link below. Thanks!

Thank you thank you .. First and foremost for donating to ACS .. I have volunteered for ACS for the last 15 years , 3 weeks after my son was Dx'd with a very rare blood form of cancer I began volunteering .. Only to find out 8 years later I too am Dx'd with cancer .. We both are STILL fighting and truthfully ACS does help in so many ways and they have made great strides in CANCER RESEARCH/ Again Ty and I am honored to be a part of this awesome project and fun activity
