Event Description
It's a party! An unbirthday party! The Madhatter's tent and table will be set up at the castle, but be sure to bring your chair and a picnic hamper.
Usual $3 entry fee to the castle grounds, and the usual "watch out" for those hairy bends as you wind your way down the road to the castle.

Thank you, sir, for the info. Does that mean that the site does not have indoor plumbing? Gasp!
I plan on bringing a pudding dish, as well as some tea. Wine sounds wonderful! I may pick up a bottle to bring, too. :)

For those of you new to these steampunk picnics at Loveland Castle, here are a few guidelines:
Alas, we do not have facilities to boil water, in actual fact, there is no running water there, except for the Little Miami River.
Awning tents and tables will be provided by yours truly, but guests need to bring their own chairs (the mismatch will look great). There are a few chairs available from the castle, but we should not rely on that assumption.
I suppose it would be nice if everyone listed what food they planned on bringing. I for one plan on bringing numerous rounds of cucumber sandwiches, strawberries, cherries, scones, and a couple bottles of wine (yes, the castle let's us drink there).
So suffice to say, bring $3 to get in, bring a chair to sit on, and bring a picnic hamper full of goodies!

What's everyone bringing this weekend, other than tea? Also, is there a place to boil water or should we bring the tea already prepared? So many questions!
