Event Description

Murder most foul! The League will convene at the Art Museum to investigate for clues amongst the paintings and sculptures to find out who or what was responsible for the death of Agent Black.

It is worth noting that the museum charges $4 for parking (this was introduced about a year ago), however, there is still free parking just down from the museum if you are willing to walk up a small hill.

Had a very fun time at the Museum! Myra and I came in first place in solving the mystery and finding Agent Black with the cigar behind the fountain. Though our victory was clouded by one of the other teams clues being erroneous. There will have to be a rematch! :)

Picnic? Restaurant? A bit of both? Some kind of dining will occur.

I'm bringing along 3 other soon-to-be League members, and we're all very thrilled to be involved :D

Incidentally, the Rookwood has GREAT "artisan" cocktails, some of which involve an absinthe soaked sugar cube. Yum!

One o'clock commences the gathering time of the detectives; the actual "game" will start when enough ladies and gentlemen have arrived at the Great Hall. This may take up to an hour or so, but a bit of social time is always a nice thing.

Also, once the mystery has been solved, ladies and gentlemen are invited to stroll over and dine at one of the fine nearby restaurants. I recommend the Rookwood for its food and ambiance, however, it is a little pricier, but there are other selections too and we can decide after the game has ended.

Does the event start at 1PM? If so, I may have to show up late, just to meet everyone. I don't think I can leave Columbus until after noon.

Dear Lady and Gentleman Detectives,

It was worth noting that the investigation will commence in the Great Hall of the Art Museum. This is not the first lobby, but is the second lobby that one encounters after passing through artifacts from ancient Egypt. It is highly recommended that all detectives obtain a map of the museum's floor plans from the information desk.
