Event Description
The Sacramento Steampunk Society is hosting a Swap Meet from 11 am to 4 pm Feb 16th 2013. The event is open to all and admission is FREE! Participants include The Steampunk Federation, The Great Basin Costume Society, League of Proper Villains, Sac Geeks, Pirates of Sacramento, and the High desert Steam. Entertainment provided by The Aether Brigade, Equilibrium Fire Arts, and SwinGoth! Vendors include Tom Banwell, Arsenic Fashions, Kellys Heroes, Of Corset and Tousled Dolly, just to name a few. Our special guest is New York Times Best Selling author Gail Carriger who will be on hand for book signings of her new Ettiquette & Espionage release! This is sure to be a gala event so mark your calenders!

Its going to be a grand event. Award winning author, live performances, over 50 vendors offering a wide range of good and FREE ADMISSION!!!

Barnes & Noble will be a seller there and will have copies of Ettiquette & Espionage there for purchase. Gail Carriger will arrive around 1:30pm for signings and should be with us for about 2 hours. Just 2 weeks until the event of Feb 16th!

I'm not sure how anyone could stand to miss this event. A fairly small venue in which one can 'meet and greet' with the estimable Ms. Carriger!
