Amarillo Public Library hosts Ama-Con, the first anime, comic, and Steampunk convention in the Texas Panhandle on Saturday, July 21st, 2012!

This event will feature published comic and manga artists, panels for Steampunk and anime enthusiasts, separate cosplay contests for comic/anime and Steampunk, Tephra the Steampunk game centers, Magic the Gathering game centers, local comic and Steampunk vendors, theater screening room, and evening entertainment from 8-10pm.

Begin making plans now to attend Ama-Con on Saturday, July 21st, 2012!

To attend you may register online at www.ama-con.com on May 15th. To obtain a merchant table, send us a comment at www.ama-con.com requesting to be a vendor when the website goes live in a couple of days.

Our website, www.ama-con.com is now live and accepting online registration for the event, cosplay contests, Tephra tournament, and Magic the Gathering tournament! If you cosplay, be sure to register quickly as the slots will fill up fast!
