It may be 20 miles up but i need vacuum seal down here. The last on i had was destroyed when i had the flee from the hunters. In my research crystals and gemstone are both quite enchantable. But to harness or manipulate the power in them you need them contained ib a vacuum seeded device.

Seeled devices. In my work i hve learned that gemstones and crystals have an interesting property of holding and eminatting an enchant. Gemstone are more potent than crystals but crystal are easier to come by. Sadly this so called magicka is all from the whats enchanted into the stones. Fireball are possible but with some mechanical know how, and a decent gem.
