Pants/Skirt suggestions for new outfit
Good afternoon, Steampunks of the world.
I'm working on a new outfit, which I hope to wear to a concert towards the end of September.
I've got this blouse and "corset:"
And these boots. Not strictly steampunk, I know, but I've had them for years and I can wear them for hours.
My question is, what should go between my blouse and boots? I need a bottom half to my outfit, but I'm not really sure what I want to do. I prefer pants, but I'll welcome skirt suggestions as well.

Well, I have this coat:
It's just above ankle length. No ruffles, though.

have you thought about trying to buy/make/commission some millitary style jodhpurs? Or some sort of re-enforced leggings/slim fitting pants. Jodhpurs pretty unusual to see on a lady, but I've yet to see anyone who looks bad in them and you can use them for several different costumes.
