Steel City Music and Movie Festival

Hey Guys! I wanted to let you all know that we've officially kicked off our campaign to throw a 3 day, 2 night music, movie and arts festival!!!

The Plan is to take over a local theater for a Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and basically hold a mini convention! There will be live music and performances Friday and Saturday night, and during the day we'll have artisans and crafters showing off their wares. There will be side shows. There will be Mr. Arm's Traveling Cabinet of Curiosities. There will be Burlesque and Belly Dancers!!! As we get closer to our goal date I will also be issuing a call to film makers everywhere to submit their independent steampunk/Scifi films which we'll be showing on the silver screen!! ((call for entries probably won't be til Dec.2011 so you've got a year... GET THOSE CAMERA'S ROLLING!!!))

Does this sound like a good idea? We thought so!!

If you want to help us really make this an amazing event spread the word and help us out! We've begun a kickstarter page with lots of awesome "thank you's" for our doners! Even $1 is a huge help to us!
