Is that an old electric meter in the middle? Are you welding the pieces together? How big is it? I like the integration of the gears into the wings.

Thank you all. Actually, the body is an old pressure gauge I found at my local scrap yard. I removed the back of the gauge and attached a magnifying lens to show-off the innards. :)
