A film version of The Invention of Hugo Cabret, the children's book by Brian Selznick. There is a great little short about the story narrated by Selznick here.

I love Hugo Cabret! I am lucky enough to work in a store where Brian Selznick shops. I've been hearing about the movie for months now and am excited to see what they do with it. I did hear their costume designer is the same one who just won an Oscar for Young Victoria. So at least on the costuming front you know it'll be decent. I hear Brian is working on another novel with a similar style (writing & drawings for narrative). Can't wait to see it!
