I do hope nobody minds, but I thought a thread where we could discuss and show off our custom labels might be interesting and possibly even productive. As it was my idea, I'll add the first images.…Continue

Made a good ginger beer with mint . The outcome was most satisfactory. It makes a wonderful dessert beer , and has a subtle kick to it .

Have you ever tried something along the lines of a Belgian lambic? The raspberry is very good!  I would love to try brewing one if I could find a suitable yeast strain.  Yes I know true lambics only come from a particular region near Brussels, but therein lies the challenge!

Ooh! I do look forward to seeing what comes of this, as both my intended and myself enjoy an excellent drink! Please let us know if/when there are any events we can attend, and assist in your endeavour!

Though still in the prototype phase and have a lot of work to do before I can open the factory walls, you can say you were there at the beginning. As you slide a gleaming six-pack of bottles off the liquor store shelves or gaze into a foamy glistening brew poured from an Aether Brewing tap years from now, you can tell the people next to you that you helped bring these beers into the great wide world.

A lot must be done, but you will be my greatest asset in achieving my goals. At any time if you try a delicious beer and would like to see me do better, feel free to throw down the gauntlet.

If you are thoroughly dissatisfied with a good portion of beers, allow me to solve your dilemma!

The best beers I have ever made were made with my family and friends in mind so don't be shy!

Feel free to follow Aether Brewing on Facebook and Twitter!

Your sincere and devout brewer,
Sir Andrew
