Beautiful golden color and just the right sweetness to the scent. :) Recipe available upon request. Still working on the label design.

I would love to try brewing one if I could find a suitable yeast strain. Yes I know true lambics only come from a particular region near Brussels, but therein lies the challenge!

I have visions of doing something similar... although I've yet to start my home brewing, I've been a beer snob for years, indulging in micros only. Though its really only a dream at this point, I would like to open a pub for nerds, geeks, steampunks. First things first... time to get brewing!

As you slide a gleaming six-pack of bottles off the liquor store shelves or gaze into a foamy glistening brew poured from an Aether Brewing tap years from now, you can tell the people next to you that you helped bring these beers into the great wide world.

A lot must be done, but you will be my greatest asset in achieving my goals. At any time if you try a delicious beer and would like to see me do better, feel free to throw down the gauntlet.

If you are thoroughly dissatisfied with a good portion of beers, allow me to solve your dilemma!

The best beers I have ever made were made with my family and friends in mind so don't be shy!
