Want to do three basic pieces for the costume...a camera, an audio recording device and a portable typewriter. I have the typewriter and am thinking I'll base the audio device off the concept of a gramophone. Camera will probably just basically be a steampunkified old camera.

@T.F. -I'm a journalist in real life but also creating a character costume myself! What do you have in mind so far?

I'm not a journalist, but I am considering putting together a steampunk journalist costume.
