I honestly think that the day to day travails separate us from the path of enjoyment that we seek. I also think that if we would try to and succeed at meeting up for more smaller get togethers, have more workshops that help improve our skills:

There would be more Southern Steam.

I would LOVE to come to Oak Hill! Please post ore about that Lady Dragon!

A flyer here, or something to stick to telephone poles and such?

Rev, we are all busy. Look for Ex Libris soon at Alabama Phoenix Festival- the end of the month. I am hoping to a flyer soon about a Steampunk picnic and stroll the first weekend in June at Oak Hill Cemetery - that will be June 1- from 10am to 2pm.

I quite agree...but was there ever any steam to begin with?

One would think that from the LACK of activity on this section, that the Steam in this area's punk has all but petered out.

Hey everyone! I ve produced this Silent Film. It's a modern Steampunk film - "The Steampunk Queen of the Silent Age" . We are trying to make 11 more 30 min episodes. We have a pilot for your viewing enjoyment. Please if you can take a look at our indiegogo and possibly share. We are also always looking for props and prop makers to be part of the team if in the So Cali area.
