It's been 'floated' about that POC-quanauts who want to make "Steampunk in the Pool" a reality, might consider modding Super-Soakers in Steampunk style for an all-out epic battle between the Queen's Own Navy and the Oceanic Privateers Guild. A poolside promenade of SP swim fashion and engineering may also be worthwhile to explore....

That's pretty much it. I wasn't thinking anything over-complicated. Maybe just pick a time, call it something catchy like, "The Queen's Swim," or something, and let folks know that at that time they wouldn't be the only one in a goofy swim suit.
