Thank you Jon Magnificent for your comment. I have more items yet to post pics of on http://pinterest.com/boffinsbunker/-steampunk-cornwall-other-cabine... , I'm trying to pace myself. To give an indication of how isolated I have been, I have only just (in the last ten mins) discovered that most of my works are what are referred to as 'mods' (abrv. 'modifications'). I think I have a steep learning curve ahead...hmm now to find out what's a 'nerf'.

I'm glad I found this group on the Empire.
I was beginning to feel my notion of Steampunk was somehow skewed, my having been pretty much in total isolation from the sub-culture genre influences & simply been creating objects for my own amusement, as shown below.
