Greetings All,  Gomez here

I am pleased to announce that my vision from 2 years ago has now come to fruition with the releasing of "Spies of the Silk Trade" the CD and "Spies of the Silk Trade" the novel.  Both are available at the Venus Lens Cap web site  www.venuslenscap.com.  Clips from each song are available for preview.  In moving on,  Venus Lens Cap is now looking for venues to perform.  If you are planning any meet ups or gatherings and would like to hear the musical story of "Spies of the Silk Trade" then please contact me on facebook "Gomez Richardson" or by e-mail gomze@venuslenscap.com

Thank you

Gomez

This one is a different theme.  In January, we had the Academy, which was classes mostly, but now school's out, so it's Carnival time!  LOTS of entertainment and spectacle.  The only classes are Marc Casslar as our dancing master again, because that's just fun.

I'm glad there will be another event there, as I was unable to make the last one.

I was at the last one and it was awesome. My mustache will be curled for this one for sure.

More news...the Steampunk Picnic has been reset to the 6th Sept., to coincide with the Pawtucket Arts Festival at Slater Park.
They are touting a Steampunk/Maker area, and they say they will be putting on a Steampunk Ball that evening...more details to follow.

Comment by Ryan Grimm on April 20, 2014 at 6:07am

Very well...organize one!  Actually very simple, pick a date, place, get suggestions, get shot down, choose again etc.

Incidentally, there may be a combined Steampunk/Maker thing and Ball in Pawtucket RI on Sept. 6th, news to follow...if I remember that is!
