H o l y  C o w!!!!

I don't know where to begin.  I've said it before and I'll say it again now, this group would not be nothing without the dedication, support and fine fellowship each one of you have brought to the table.  I can't thank you enough for making this dream a reality, your contributions and support are greatly appreciated. Happy Anniversary!!!!

...

There were 48 in attendance tonight. Special thanks goes out to; Julie Moss Conrad Malinda Wickham Safiyyah Shannon Mystic-Hipsdance Rupert Rathbone and Mad MaryHatchet for door prize contributions.

to Kingfish for allowing us a place to host our 3yr Anniversary Celebration.

Special thanks to our friends and familiar faces who came down all the way from Cincinnati, Richmond and Indianapolis to help us ring in another year.

Special shout out to DrRoberts Traveling Odditorium for their 4th year anniversary and celebrating with us.

and a special Happy Birthday to Gerard Tucker who I always enjoy cracking it up with a silly comment or three throughout the evening.

To those who didn't make it out, you were missed and we'll see you next year for our Fourth if not sooner.

And to all, Thanks for the past 3 years, here's to the next 3 and many more to come.  Cheers!

Sunday is our 3 Year Anniversary meetup and it's looking like we're gonna have a big turnout. And with that, I would like to once again thank each and everyone of you for making this dream a reality. This group has come a very long way and would be nothing without the good membership and fellowship of each and every one of you. I am happy to call each of you friend and I look forward to all that the future (as well as the past) has to offer.
Here's to many more years to come.
Cheers!!!

****News Flash*****

With Fathers Day falling on the 3rd Sunday in June, and with it being our 3yr anniversary and we want everyone to attend, the date for next month's meet has been changed and set for....
Sunday, June 22nd
5:30 - 7:30
Kingfish
601 W Riverside Dr
Jeffersonville, IN

You may want to wear your Steampunk best (though not required) as we will have the banner there and hope to get a good group photo with a picturesque view of the Louisville skyline in the background.

So, whether you come to every meet, only attend every now and then or have never made it out to one yet, this will be the one to attend and share in the 3 year anniversary celebration.
I hope to see you there!

Blue Skies & Best Wishes,
* Sam Sprocket

If you have something, gizmo/gadget you are wanting to display at the Corn Island table, feel free to bring it with you when you come.
The Corn Island Steampunk Society (nor Sam Sprocket) is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods.

You are more than welcome to come hang out at the table and talk with the public about your character/outfit but please try not to crowd the table at any given moment.
I need folks to watch the table during our panel from Noon til 1pm and during the costume contest from 3:30 - 4:30 pm. Please let me know if you are willing to help out with this.
See ya Saturday,
* Sam
