@ Craig and Penelope-

I do not know any of the specific details behind why the Doc has left. There has been only speculation on the topic. Mostly I have heard via Facebook that he has retired or just left the life of a musician. We as Toy Soldiers are still United for the cause, and plan to keep active and strive to make the world a better place, through creativity, imagination, and MOST of all- making FUN the top priority. It has been said that it is not all about the Doc anymore, as it is about the Soldiers. Over time, we have become a close knit society, and still interact with each other on a daily basis, be it through chat in the forums, communicating in the forums, or connecting through Facebook. We have become much like an extended family.

 We will continue to do our good works, and use the Doc as our inspiration. We will strive to perpetuate the dream that he started for us all. He is still in our minds, even if he is not with us. Hi Vinnie

I have been out of the loop for a while teaching and traveling in China. I love the doctors music though and it has sustained me on many a humdrum day. I want to know where I can read more though. Why did he make this choice? What exactly happened? Is he doing this to protect the toy solders somehow? There is so much I do not understand. Please help.
