The setting is an alternate 1884, United States. The two women are sisters working for the Secret Service. One dressed in a a traditional victorian styling. While the other perfers shorter skirts which allow more freedom for movement since this is more of an action/adventure themed novel.
The gentleman would also dress in a victorian manner, ranging from suits to a steampunkish safari attire.
I'm looking for multiple outfits for all since I plan on using many different shots in a variety of promotion materials, both online and off.

Culture & time period will impact where to find what you looking for. Can you give us a few more specifics?

Comment by D. Alan Lewis on March 2, 2012 at 3:27am Hello All,
I'm putting the finishing touches on a steampunk novel that should be released this summer. As part of the marketing for the book, I'm planning on a photo shoot with a few models for a cover and promotional items.
I have one model already but will be looking for a few more, two young women and a 20-something man. I'm needing help or advise on where to come up with the best costumes. Any help or advise would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Alan
Comment by Rebecca M Jordan on December 29, 2011 at 10:35pm C. Jarvis, I will look for you there! Will look for your Yoda pic. See you there!
@Rebecca M Jordan I will be vending at connooga. Fantsy, sci-fi photos and handmade fairy wings. Look for the Yoda 1up photo. I'll have time away from booth. Depending on which panels I want to see.
I'll also be running around taking photos.
I started our little group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/steampunknashville/ we hold monthly meetings (just got started). It looks like we have 20-30+ members in attendance at our meetings. 100+ current members. Most are Nashville area folks. Would love to see what you guys are up to. Are you on facebook? I'm the founder. Friend me and send a message to let me know you're from G.N.A.S.H. Thank you, Erica
Comment by Queenie T. Van Fisticuffs on December 27, 2011 at 9:05am ChattaCon is absolutely on the radar for us. It is my understanding that GNASH will be joining BRASS in hosting what should again, be the best room party at the Con. I am awaiting room number for the suite and confirmation on the time for the festivities. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be doing ConNooga this time as we have to get preparations made for AnachroCon the end of February. Unfortunately it conflicts with ConCave I believe. I had sincerely hoped to be able to enjoy ConCave, I've heard great things about it. Perhaps next year?
Comment by Rebecca M Jordan on December 19, 2011 at 7:56pm Great.@ C. Jarvis. Hope to meet you at ConNooga then. We probably wont have our new steampunk outfits together by then, but should be easy to find anyway.
Same weekend as Chattacon there is Murfreesboro Anime comic con at the clarion Inn http://www.comiccitytn.com/Nashville_Comic_Con.html
I'll be at ConNooga.
