Hi, folks!  I'm new to the aether, but this is where I belong.  Good to see some awesome designs here!  I've got a few things to add.  Keep up the fine work!

First, I would recommend you do NOT use the original tank for holding used unleaded gas (white gas, same as Coleman Fuel), highly dangerous.

Instead, I would plumb a propane burner intothe original torch head, using the original gas tank only for (visual) prop purposes.
At this point you need to research flame throwers and propane burners, like the ones used to shrink-wrap large boats etc.

I whipped this up in a night in an attempt to burn off some unreleased creative steam while working on bigger projects. It's one of those projects that I will never be able to safetly bring to a meeting... oh, well. This is the Boiler Ball Shockwave Grenade.

I'm excited to be a member of this group, I have more pics but I don't want to blast all my stuff on here this page. I would like to post up coming projects to get feed back and responses, so I can get better as a hobbyist. Look forward to seeing all your projects also.
