Regrettably no, there was no excursion to the Holmes movie. The Emperor is usually up for a grand night of Cinema, not sure what we would be looking forward to though. Many thanks for reminding me about Arisia, I am not positive I will be able to attend, however I will see if I can make arrangements to travel back to this time later in my future.

NEW ENGLANDERS! Jump in your steam car, or hijack an airship! Run, don’t walk. Do whatever it takes to make it to Boston this weekend. Don’t miss Arisia. And whilst there, you also won't want to miss the clothier par excellence for your Steamiest of needs; Mad Girl (a tiny little division of Pendragon).

Well, I have a few people interested, so would it be better to try to schedule it before the 31st or after the 4th? Possibly close to the weekend after the new year when we should all be recuperated from our festivities?

We'd be interested. We live in RI but travel often to MA and CT.

In the meantime as we make plans for a for a formal gathering. Is anyone interested in seeing the Sherlock Holmes movie as a group of the exquisite individuals that we are? I would like to see it before the 31st because I will be going out of town then. I know seeing it opening day would be a bit out of the question. If there are Interested parties I am sure we can schedule something.

There is also, my dear Baldur Bear, a wonderful bar in my hometown of Providence that goes by the name The Avery. You should find it when you have the chance.

Good evening to all. I was just speaking with the Emperor when he came to visit, about having a Steam Ball in Norwich Ct. You see, I have a ballroom in my apartment building...and the keys...;) Would anyone be interested? The building was a hotel built in 1855, and the ballroom has been restored to it's 1891 version. Legend has it that Abe Lincoln himself was the first to sign the hotel registry. The second, I hear tell, was a prostitute. So we'd be in good company.
