Here is a little 'heads up' to my fellow  SCNESPers.

Mr Bear just purchased a copy of 'the Autobiography of Mrs. Tom Thumb'.

Despite the misleading title it is a novelization of the life of Lavinia Warren by.

Melanie Benjamin. I have not begun to read it as of yet, but since it was found at Dollar Tree I thought those here should know of it's existence and potential availability.

The marked original price is $25, but of course at Dolllar Tree it is now merely $1.

Some of you might want to find a copy.

I'd love to meetup too - I'm from Rhode Island so Pawtucket's delightfully close.  Either weekend day is good for me.

I love that antique mall! I would love to meet up. Weekends work best for me. I kind of feel like the ghost of this group. :-/

I think that is Capital idea. Which would be best, a Saturday or a Sunday?

For those in the general area, we are in Plymouth MA, and have a small antiques/vintage booth at the Rhode Island Antiques Mall in Pawtucket RI.

They have been asking for more STEAMPUNK stuff to have for sale, so while my time and efforts are limited, this is a GOOD venue for your production...and the owner's son is also a Steampunk.
I also have a friend that is posting and Admin for their FB page....he updates regularly.
AND, they also sell through Ebay....

If you want, they take stuff on commission, and sales traffic there is VERY good...the busiest antiques place I have ever seen.

NOW...I would like to arrange for those interested in a Steampunk Meetup, we would supply Tea & Snacks (but this can also be a potluck of sorts), and a it is an interesting place to peruse the two large floors of items, and chat with the people working there..intelligent and happy folks!
Interested?
Put in your $0.02 here and let me know what you think.

Hello everyone! I am new to this group and I just wanted to introduce myself. I am Zaria, coming from the city of Pawtucket, RI. Not too far from Providence. I am an out of state college student and currently am in the south, North Carolina to be exact. But I do travel back home during the month of December and the summer months. I hope to speak with you all soon.
