The new website is up for 2013!  www.steamcon.org.  You can now go and buy a membership, special event tickets, or book a room!

Yo, Vict! - thank you for starting that thread!  I am going to try to catch some of Gordon's talks and should be there before the group photo.

Friday  6-7  19th Century Submarines, Fact and Fiction (moderating) 

Saturday 10-noon  19th Century Firearms (this is a "don't miss" talk)

Saturday 1-2 "Steamy Sailors" (moderating)

Sunday  11-noon "Ironclads of the Civil War and the race for Naval Domination"

Sunday  2-3 "Confederate Privateers"

Brass Goggles apparently is doing special ribbons(?)

 

Is there any semi-formal plans for a SP Empire meet-&-greet at SteamCon III?  (Am I just missing it and it is already planned here somewhere?)

wow!  Steamphunk Synchronic just released a high def reel of SteamCon II - it's very enjoyable.  We should all watch it because we're most likely in it!

Steamcon II was a success. I want to thank everyone who came and made it such a wonderfully dressed event. So, let's see your pictures! We will get the pics from the photo salon up shortly but in the meanwhile, you may post yours in the Flickr pool.
