There are a lot of cruise ships for sale these days too.  Expensive to feed.   Imagine having the opportunity to redecorate one in Early SteamPunk.

I just joined the group, so I don't know if this has been posted already, but if there was ever a Steampunk theme park, Tokyo DisneySea is it.  I visited a few years back.  http://www.tokyodisneyresort.co.jp/en/tds/index.html
