We'll be screening the abridged version of Frankenstein's Monster (86 minutes) at COMICPALOOZA. It is wonderful to screen in our hometown of Houston! Q & A after both screenings.

I'll have to look for you!  I'll be at San Antonio as well.  In fact, there will be a Kaffeeklatsch with me at WorldCon from 4-5pm on Friday, August 30.  Come by and I'll be happy to tell people about my Steampunk books, Owl Dance, Revolution of Air and Rust, and the forthcoming Lightning Wolves.

Welcome Charlie!

Las Cruces...My old stomping grounds...Up till 96' when the job market took me to the wilds of Central Texas!

Didn't used to be much up on the East Mesa between LC & Organ.  I hear it's all grown up now.

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the very long post, but I want to let everyone know what the Houston-Galveston area has been up to. We've made a very microbudget feature film--Frankenstein's Monster--and we're about to compete on the Independent film circuit. So far, we've applied to many competitions but we're half way done.

If you haven't joined our facebook page, what are you waiting for? We're going to be competing around the world and FB is the fastest way to hear where we'll be next. We kicked off at ApolloCon in Houston and we'll start knowing what's next in September.

This film is perfect for those who like dramas.

The below campaign has our trailer and our crowd-funding announcement. Unlike other crowdfunding activities, this one is for a finished feature film. Our challenge is not funding creating it, but rather funding to get the film out there.

Short Synopsis:

 Frankenstein's Monster

A steampunk-light film adaptation of Mary Shelley's masterpiece.

In his obsession over Prometheus' flame, Victor Frankenstein abandons those he loves to create a living being. Leaving behind his abominable work, Victor hopes to escape judgment and return to a peaceful life. He soon discovers all secrets have their price.

We're thrilled to represent Texas on the microbudget indy film circuit!
