Greetings, fellow Ohio-and-Surrounding-Areas Steampunks!
Frenzy Universe is pleased to announce our October open house! We just moved into our new workshop/warehouse space, and we would like to welcome our steampunk neighbors and friends to get gussied up and help us christen the space! We are not generally open to the public, so this is a special peak at our operations and merchandise!
When: October 23, 2010, noon to 6 pm
Where: 5 East Vine Street, Mount Vernon, OH
What: Workshop and Warehouse Open House
Who: Everybody! Please dress steampunk and visit our fair town!
Why: Why not? We want our new workspace to be imbued with a happy, supportive steampunk vibe, and we want to see your steampunk garb and contraptions!
Special: 10% off web prices on all Merchandise in the Warehouse
For more information about us, check out www.frenzyuniverse.com!
We hope to see you there!

The reformatory tour was quite surprising. I didn't have a functioning camera, but the prison is one giant peeling, rusty photo-op. My wife was quite impressed, and the reformatory wasn't #1 on her list of things to see.
The pro car group is a total delight. I met someone who has been inactive for years, and it turned out that there was a huge stack of totally unrelated things we had in common!
Was your friend the man that does the paranormal investigations?

I really hope it grows as well. And the old Cedar Point paddle boat was awesome. I hope to get on their one time. Hopefully before winter comes! Would like to go over to the Islands as well. The old pipe organs were something else. We need to remember that next year and maybe attend and show off our REAL goggles and costume work! Btw, my first comment on the wall. Haha, yay me!
