Greetings Steampunk Friends!
I come seeking a favor. I am an organizer of an event in Toronto, the evening of Friday October 12th. And our opening party is Steampunk themed. I am hoping to find some local (or not so local) steampunk artists that I can hire to decorate our space and help turn it into a magical land of future yore! Hopefully someone has some decorations laying around from previous cons and parties. We have a small budget, but we will pay you. It's not a steampunk show, it's kind of a fair that features steam engines/tractors. It's usually pretty good. This year Neil Thorne and I are going in our steampunk gear, and we're gonna try to hit up every event there we can. Should be fun! ;D

Hey! I'm from Petrolia (down near Sarnia, a 3 or so hour drive South of Toronto) and I was wondering if any of you are going to the Steam Threshers show in Forest in a couple weeks? It'd be cool if we had a little meet-up. ;3
