Many thank yous. Since this was taken, I’ve had a whole batch of stiff collars made (by Ede & Ravenscroft) that I designed – called the Rose collar... and very good value for money. This is my favourite collar of all the types I have designed / revived with E&R.

Brilliant Sir; You set an example for the rest of us! Clearly attired not costumed.

I am in the hinterlands of the American West where over dressing can constitute simply exchanging a brown derby for a black one (I need to get back to civilization). Cheers!

Well starched Sir. I rather like the wing collar myself, but on occasion the high collar is more appropriate.

That is exactly the type of shirt I have been searching for! Please sir, inform me of how and where you managed to find such a fine collared shirt such as that.
