Welcome, Angeline Byrd!

Profile Information

Valeria Seilander, at your service. As a lady of letters, I devoted my life to the work of spiritual enlightenment and the scientific approach to the supernatural. At my *ahem* former position, I assisted in the pursuit and eradication of various nefarious beings through the consultation of ancient texts as well as the practice of my family's ancient craft rooted in our Norse blood. As long as I brought results, my employers (the Church) didn't ask questions. However, a colleague discovered my method and expressed "concern", thus resulting in the demeaning labors I am subjected to today: personal jailer to a failed mad man... who turned himself into a baby. That is another story for another time. That said, I look forward to making your acquaintance!

Since my last correspondence via mail and as my current time would call it "video". I'm afraid much has happened. My search for assistance in returning to my prior chronological placement led me away from the University at which I had reached a dead end. T'was there that I became acquainted with a young gentleman by the name of G.W. Byrd of the illustrious Byrd family. Best known in the future for their exceptional talent for technological advancement post disaster of 2013. Currently, their…

It was 2AM...I was still awake. Screwdriver in hand and a little old alarm clock in my lap as I sat cross-legged on the floor. This sucker would work if it was the last thing I did. After applying a bit of pressure (very gingerly, mind you) at the edges of the small plastic skeleton, it came apart. The tender, intricate insides bare for me to examine. The wiring was simple enough. Typical 80's LED display with the little boards connected to eachother for the mechanism. And...ah...there was the… Continue

Nah not weird, it is pretty much a regular waltz, I think one of the songs on my playlist is also a waltz, they all pretty much follow the same sounds

You're lovelyl! Everything about you whispers 19th century. Do you actually play the concert harp? I'm always looking for opportunities to sing with an angel-at-strings ...

Hi!  I recently joined the Steampunk Empire and was browsing around for folks nearby that are into the scene, and there you are!  A few of my other steampunk friends and I are starting a southeast Idaho based steampunk group.  Check us out!  Our group is the Innovative Society of Steampunk Irregulars, and we have registered the group on the Steampunk Empire, or you can reach us at or you can find our group on facebook.  Hope to hear from you soon!
