Well it was my sister's wedding so I had but no choice but to do it. As a professional chef I am the only one with that sort of event experience and what began as being in charge of the food led to being in charge of the hall which led to being in charge of the grounds and the entertainment.
But still, it was splendid weather, and I have had so few chances to dress up.
