Ms. Forrest,

My name is Leslie Orton, I publish the online Steampunk newspaper The Aether Chronicle. I was wondering if you would be interested in having your wonderful snow globes featured in The Chronicle? I feature different writers, artists and inventors in The Chronicle, either under their real name/persona, or under a fictional name/persona (for example, I wrote an exposé on a gentleman who creates Steampunk jewellery boxes out of found objects. He loved being portrayed as a mad German scientist, whose many malfunctioning inventions led him to a series of jewellery boxes now popular with the upper classes!) If you are interested, drop me a line! You can familiarize yourself with The Aether Chronicle by visiting My Page. I publish a new blog for each edition, but I also have a an ongoing Discussion with each new edition added. The Discussion always has the latest headline of The Aether Chronicle in its name (so, right now the Discussion reads: "The Aether Chronicle #13: The Night Circus Arrives in London!")

If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact me!

thank you, I will look up nor cal groups. I believe others are doing that so I am looking farther afield. We hope that is will become a great gathering. We have been working on steam here for more than 100 years. Now it is time for a new generation to learn the skills to move the old technology forward. We need a lot of help. We have a pretty good core of burners who are helping. We are hoping that we can create build facilities for people who are really interested. Please pass the word.
