Captain,

Apologies for my absence Good Captain, the obligations of my associations in the mundane world are taking their toll and keeping me much busier and distracted than I would like to be. I am going to need to minimize the dimensions of the mundane in order to be more engaged to the Empire I truly revere.

I do manage to establish infrequent connection to the Empire to remain somewhat informed, but not at nearly a satisfyingly sufficient frequency as desired.

Thank you for your comment on the gorget... it is a treasured gift of the Gentleman Adventurer Dave Lee of Hatton Cross Steampunk. He, his lovely wife, and his daughter are currently living in Europe exploring Germany the home of the Zeppelin.
