- First off, welcome back to the area. Yes, there are a few Steampunk enthusiasts around the area though not that many "Steampunk" events but a few. We have a small group of Steampunkers, the Corn Island Steampunk Society, that meets once a month but is still in it's infancy stage to host a large scale event, but one day you never know.
Yes, we are attending the Steampunk Empire Symposium in April. This is destined to be the biggest Midwest Steampunk event around. You can always count on a good time when hosted by those friendly folks up in Cincinnati, they truly know how to put on a good show. I can only highly recommend you consider making the trip for this event.

- Greetings, and thanks for the add my friend. I grew up in Louisville but now live just across the river in southern Indiana. Perhaps we can get together sometime and share in a Steampunk tale or two.
