Wear a snug t-shirt. Cover it with layers of duct tape and card stock to make it stiff. Using a marker, put lines on it where you want the edges/hems to be.

I have decided to see how many Steam inspired movies I could find, I have come across one Sci fi movie, a direct to DVD that has some steamy elements involved, the face masks, goggles, the weapons, the ship, the set design.
