- Hello my friends. I discovered Steampunk by exposure to the artwork, sculpture, jewelry and such which I saw in books and online. While surfing the internet I found The Steampunk Empire along with the beautiful and interesting people who participate in this community. I am a life-long musician and tinkerer and am having a lot of fun with this "new" genre. The dressing-up and role playing also looks like fun to me. My girlfriend and I are looking forward to meeting new friends to hang out, frolick, and play.

To answer your question about the CFSA, whom is changing their name to the Steampunk League of Central Florida, :-D , we ALWAYS have events going on, usually at least 3 per month. We post them here and on our facebook site, http://www.facebook.com/groups/CFSteampunks/ You are always welcome at any of them!
