Introduction
To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to inform you that I, Madame Irene S. Wolfe Elemental Witch and Knife Expert will be at your service. I agree to the terms you have sent me. I will indeed chase down and bring to justice the scum you have asked me to capture for you. I feel forced to tell you however, if you are looking for this villain to meet his death then I cannot be of any service to you. I only use my powers and arsenal of weapons to bring criminals to be tried by a jury of peers. I do not judge or execute any living creature. Well, I will admit I have a few times, but only when my own life was put in danger. Please note that the one past incident however, that is rumored to be my work, involved large amounts of absinthe and so therefore I cannot quite remember any details. So I feel I cannot be held responsible. I now no longer partake and will be sober at all times and ready for the job you have put in front of me.

Yours,
Madame Irene S. Wolfe
Bounty Hunter and Painter

not sure what a "progger" is, though now I'm curious. I chose my icon because I am an avid H.R. Giger fan.

Greetings, Madame! I reside in the state of South Carolina, where steampunk is, sadly, little known. In November we're to have our region's first Steampunk Con! I am looking forward to meeting others who love the culture and hopefully making some fast friends.

I see you're reading Charles de Lint in your profile picture. That makes me ridiculously happy. I've read his entire bibliography. Which one is your favorite?

The most recent change to my day has been the constant desire, or dare I say it, need to look at the world through the eyes of an airship captain. The need to see if that clock on the wall has metal gears and the hold that a pair of welding goggles now takes over my imagination.

Steampunk has become a way of living. It is a fashion,…
