- Kapitan of the S.M.S. Zepherus- despotic, officious, et cetera... there's not really much to explain- I captain one of the best anti-piracy squads in the civilised world, am I ferociously proud citizen of the Prussian Empire, and mention ANYTHING about the eye, and you'll soon find your ancestral line coming to a grinding halt. Furthermore, if you're one of those annoying, carefree airship pirates I keep hearing about in the songs, you'll wish you'd have been found by a bounty hunter willing to turn you in whole for gold.
