- Introduction
- What started out as research for a Halloween costume has turned into a new venture. Love all aspects of Steampunk. I figured I'd only find a few things of interest but the amount of info is stagering. Totally fasinated with all aspects of Steampunk, the cloths, gagets, scrapbooking, (which the Victorians loved to do) etc. Have been working on an outfit, have spats, made, and underskirt, restyled a vest I made over 20 years ago, never put bottons on it or even wore it but will now. Have constructed a story to go with my character, found a character name, etc. This gives me such a great outlet for my sewing skills. Visiting Charity shops gives me tons of "stuff" for upcycling, my spats are made out of an old wool skirt, plus restyling items for resale theres so much the ideas are endless.

Captain Abigail Storm: Captians Log 6:30a.m.
My ship and crew have just returned from a night of raiding ships from East Asia. The crew is currently tethering the Stormfyre* to the ground tether we have in the woods nearby my estate manor. My ships crew have done an amazing job of painting the outer portion of the ship in camofloge colors of greens and browns so anyone passing by the woods does not even notice a huge airship is tethered there.
