Has it really been, yowser, that many months?
I'm still kicking, and so is the film. We had a great trip to ChattaCon this past weekend. Okay, the panel was a little scarce -- to those of you who came, thanks for the support! -- but there's nothing quite like leaving a nudist room-party and bumping into Emilie Bush from Steampunk Chronicle!

It is so exhilarating to put the costume on for the first time.
Another tangible, visible asset joins all these other ethereal ideas that have surrounded who the character is. You read the script, and those lines go through your imagination and you see what you want her to be, but then you look in the mirror, and boom!

My friend Jason asked if I could do a British accent. He already knew I could throw and take a punch after the last film we did. He asked if I ever heard of Steampunk. I told him I had, but that was about it. DragonCon was where I had my first sighting of the copper-painted phenomenon.
