- Greetings all! I am fairly new to the Steampunk World, but have been completely enamored since I set eyes on my first top hat and gear. I'm an avid sewing hobbyist and have a number of costumes under my belt. I currently in process of working up a Steampunk Persona to take with me to any and all Steampunk Events!
I'm also interested in any and ALL steampunk events in the Chicago area, as my current funding for travel much further is close to $0!! (Quite a sad day, I do declare). So if you know of any, or know of anyone in the area that loves to talk sewing, crafting and anything steampunk/victorian, send them my way!
