Oni-Con Anime Convention ~ Galveston, Texas, USA at Galveston Convention Center

Primarily an Anime convention but is has been very well attended by SteamPunks in years past.  The Galveston Convention Center is the perfect location for Oni.  It faces the Gulf of Mexico and great photo ops are a short strut across Seawall Blvd.See More

"Fox, Next you will cut a hole 1/2" to 3/4" smaller than the oval you back stitched. Now cut from the edge of the circle almost to the line you back stitched every 1/2" along the circle. This will make the circle into a bunch of tabs.…"
