Lord Stief,
I noted in one of your replies to one of the posts [I disremember which] you stated that you have considered dressing "Old West" as a show of respect for us locals if you are able to visit here.
To begin with, go for it. Even if you totally blow it, we will love you for trying. As a hint, wear your every day clothes from home, bring that whip along that your horse chasers use for herding, and add a gun or two...at least one brass framed revolver like an 1851 Navy, and one of your steampunk creations to create the flavor of the cinema Cowboys and Aliens.
When you do come, and I do hope you are able to do so, let me know where and when. I'll be sure to be there.

Good Day to you Sir,
Having checked my globe to find New South Wales, I find it refreshing that the Airship has been brought to its current level of ability. You are, it would seem, nearly half way around that globe from New Mexico.
Having served with the Virginia Militia in Cuba during the recent War with Spain, I find the thought of travel by ship to be less than attractive. However, I am told that one can reach Brisbane or Sidney from San Francisco by airship in just under three days. I shall have to look into that.
I note from your introduction that you construct weapons of mass discombobulation. Having run into a problem trying to transfer some sophisticated items through time, might I ask whether your designs are immune to this?
