Profile Information

Introduction
I am a quaint, genteel (stop laughing- it is unsightly to have one's beverage shoot from one's nostrils) lady of leisure who enjoys life to the fullest. I was born within the limits of the City of New York but as a wee child was moved into the Chester of West in a small town named New Rochelle. There I grew into womanhood and was abducted by a dread pirate (I never learned his name) and Shanghi-ed onto a boat which then travelled the mighty seas, lochs, lakes and puddles of many new worlds. Being a feisty lassy I quickly caught the attention of the Captain of the ship (the H.M.S. Whatisitfor) and became a, um, favorite companion of his. I learned many new, exciting things under him and rose quickly through his ranks. After our ship was caught off the shores of Eqypt by the Queen's Royal Navy I was saved and allowed to disembark upon the shore of such a wild and scary, yet sensual and seductive land. I was seen by a wise woman wandering alone through the casbah and taken in. This woman became my mentor and savior in many ways. She taught me the ancient arts of herbology, fortune telling and belly dance. Believe me, I have used these skills on more than one occassion.
Since it would take many more pages to explain how I came to return to this glorious country after many a tryst, liason and battles won and lost, I shall merely focus on my present.

I have recently become aware of a talent gifted to me by our creator(s)- namely my abilities as an embellisher extraordinaire of ladies chapeaus. I have recently set up shop at http://www.etsy.com/people/alimah1223. Kindly peruse the shop. If you enjoy what you see please purchase an item or two and recommend me to your friends and foes alike.

I wish you all the many blessings of the Infinite and may your journey upon this Earth be long, prosperous, lusty, fun and mostly FASHIONABLE.

Yours truly,

Miss Dorothy Winterman

Greetings!

A pleasure to make your acquaintance. By the way, where you at The Anachronism event a couple of weeks ago? I think I may have seen you there.

Cheers,
Ay-leen

That. m'lady, is inspiration a-plenty to involve myself more in the goings-on! I look forward to making your acquaintance when we indeed cross paths. On that note, I shall peruse the calendars for events of mayhem and merriment!
