Hat Reducing Foam Tape, an alternative

I purchased a top hat for one of my outfits, but my head is an odd size (go figure...) and falls between a large and an extra-large. For reason of expense, I decided to forgo a custom hat.... However, I was searching for the proper way to reduce a hat's size to fit more comfortably and found that millinary shops reccomend a Hat Reducing Foam Tape. Steampunk - Starting out

After 15+ years in the SCA, my wife and I moved due to work. The new kingdom was not as friendly (in our opinion) so after 2 years, we decided to have a garage sale and sold off or gave away all of our garb, gear, and misc. stuff.....



Now, several years later, we come across some mentions of a genre called Steampunk... and we realized that we had missed the experience of dressing up and becoming another person.....so the hunt was on...
