It would seem that many in the steampunk world are turning to a Weird West theme. While not a bad thing, my curiosity as to why has been piqued. Maybe just another way to play dress-up...I dunno.…Continue

"I agree completely! In the later part of the era, French contributions to aviation (airships and airplanes) were significant. French naval architecture was also very innovative. Imagine the French Foreign Legionnaires in the Weird West."

Profile Information

Introduction
I am Musette de Noir, newest crew member to the airship Revenger. I escaped the great floods of Paris in 1910 after my family drowned. I barely made it through, clawing and swimming my way to safety. Adieu Mother and Father.
Being a woman alone I knew I must find a way to support myself. I gained employment as a cook in a bar, where mens' tongues became looser after a few rounds and a full belly. I learned to use the information to my advantage ,selling secrets at a price. After it was discovered that I sold the secrets that took down whole regimes I had to run for my very life. I changed my appearance, my accent and my name. The captain of of an airship found me half dead in alley, starving, dehydrated and delirious. Cap'n Tomas being a good man took me aboard his ship of misfits where the crew nursed me back to health. Owing them my life I agreed to be a part of the crew, using my skills in kitchen to woo secrets from the enemy. I became proficient with knives and a crossbow under the tutelage of the Cap'n. Tomas is definitely a challenge and my wiles and ways do not loosen his tongue at all. He is a challenge for me and I do so love a challenge.
My personal motto is " The way to a mans' heart is through his stomach. If plying him with food won't get you there a small slice with a big knife will".

Madame De Noir,

I am so pleased at your offer of friendship!  You have such a rich profile, a knack for telling a tale...do we have a natural minstrel in our midst?

Have a lovely day,

Thank you ma'am for your VERY kind comments!  iwll definitely have a look at The surplus and Burlington. That was very gracious of you. I am hoping very much to be at the shoot on the 27th, barring having to work or fuel prices becoming even more absurd.

I had the chance to meet the remarkable Cap.Quinn and found him to be a forthright and charming man. I believe that wewill all become fast friends!

Yours,

Rt.Rev.Hammer

My Dear Madame DeNoir,

I have had the MOST fortunate chance of a meeting with Cap. Quinn and I intend to make every demonstration of goodwill to become a part of the Airship Revenger Crew!

I would love to attend the shoot if possible! The bedratted gasoline engines are a bear to feed, especially mine.

I would be honoerd to have that address, please!

Yours In Service,

 Rt. Rev. Hammer
