A Brief History of Mr. Scott Michel...

Mr. Scott Michel is a young tailor and dressmaker who grew up in a small town near Baton Rouge, Louisiana in the early part of the 19th Century. Of mixed origin, his father is a Frenchman, a blacksmith, who met and married his mother, a skilled seamstress of Germanic descent, while living in London England. Much of his family had migrated to the “New World” when he was just a baby.

Of middle-class standing, Scott runs a successful tailoring and dressmaking business, and also regularly assists his uncle who is the town doctor and surgeon. Working alongside his uncle over the years, Scott also gains much knowledge in the field of medical treatments and surgical procedures.

He shares a secret love with his longtime friend Jonathan who is the son of a wealthy family who own several successful plantations; Southern "aristocracy". Jonathan's passion lies in the arts and sciences and spends much of his time tinkering with new inventions, much to the chagrin of his family who'd prefer he take more of an interest in running the family business.

Tragedy befalls the young lovers, when it is announced that Jonathan's marriage has been arranged and that he is to wed Jacqueline, the daughter of another well-known plantation owning family from New Orleans.

Suspicion, jealousy, deceit and a good dose of voudou magic leads to poor Scott Michel’s spirit being ripped from his body and cast into the shadowlands – spirit world between worlds.

However, he discovers eventually that he is able to communicate with Jonathan through dreams. Scott, with his knowledge of surgical procedure and Jonathan with his mechanical ingenuity, together find a way for Scott's spirit to be reunited once again with his body... Only things are never what they were before... This is where Mr. Scott Michel ends... and Phineas begins... and he will have his revenge...

It's good to see people of all types doing their thing! Personally, I'm not gay, but I think it's awesome of you to be yourself and this community is definitely a good bunch of people that accept all types ^_~
