Fantastic news - Wardenclyff has been acquired (per the New York Times), and is slated to become a science museum! An excellent destiny for the iconic laboratories for a Steampunk icon, and there is further information regarding a move dedicated to the life of Mr. Tesla, along with a dedicated community as well.
