Hello and Welcome.
Ray Frensham here - currently based in London, looking to relocate to the US in the coming two years. I've been living and dressing like this for as long as I can recall - real life seems to be catching up on me!
Certainly more and more people seem to want to do photo-sessions with me now (I don't have a camera), and they seem to want to link it to some concept of Eccentricity (which, it occurs to me, is flavour of the month).

Yet ANOTHER photographer contacted me (a professional one with an impressive roster of shots), wants to snap me for some book about English Eccentrics.
See what I mean? I’ve said it before, somehow “Eccentricity” seems to be flavour of the month here in the UK.
I wouldn't mind but I do NOT see myself as an eccentric. Individualist, yes perhaps. I shall have to tell her: I don't do this for a joke or some fetishistic pleasure - this is how I live my life. Get used to… Continue

If it all sounds a little strange, check out our link for the event this weekend (www.afluidstate.com), and you will see we are having our 'Steampunk Brunch' on Sunday 5th December at the venue in Moorgate in London.
I have always been interested in Steampunk and I think it would be brilliant if we could get some genuine people passionate about Steampunk down to the event, just to chat about Steampunk and enjoy the crazy creations of food and drink for free (we have a robot, and a machine that pumps out bloody marys). If we could arrange for you and a group of people you know to come down this Sunday afternoon (I would organise free entry for all of you) it would really enhance the whole environment of the Steampunk Brunch.
