Clerical collars

Does anyone have patterns for a clerical collar as might be worn during the Victorian period? I prefer the full collar, but want something that would be detachable.

I am considering different hat styles, and am having a hard time locating a particular style. It was worn by Spanish priests, and I have seen depictions dating from the proselytizing of Ireland, all…Continue

Introduction
writer, designer... dabbler or dilettante might be more appropriate.

In Persona: I am Reverend Mik McAllister, of the Port Saint Francis Cryptozoological Society. "Live and Let Live, Unless It's Chewing Your Face Off"

Currently I am studying diverse reports from my colleagues within the Society, as I am recovering from a bit of unpleasantness resulting from a misunderstanding with a young werewolf. Please take my warnings to heart, when taking pheromone samples, clear and concise communication is very important.

I'm sorry I can't attend the Scarf & Scavenge, but I look forward to joining a future one. I have passed the info on to friends, so I hope one or more of them will be in touch with you.

Also, I will start putting together a list of all my favorite 2nd hand stores, bead stores, etc. in the South Bay.

Character Quips and Mottos

Lest we let the dear Countess bear the burden of sparking our imaginations, I shall presume to add another divertissement to our burgeoning font of creativity.Characters often have signature mottos, proverbs, or idiosyncratic responses to common (or not so common) subjects of conversation. What conversational gems illustrate the eccentricity and individualism of one of your characters? For example:"Pearl" Bai Ling: (in response to the phrase "finder's keepers") "In a moment, I'm going to find a…See More
