Ninth Annual "What the Fluff?" Marshmallow Fluff Festival at Union Square

September 27, 2014 from 3pm to 7pm
It's the lighter (and Fluff-ier) side of steampunk!“What the Fluff?: A Tribute to Union Square Invention” honors the illustrious Fluff creator, Archibald Query, who concocted the gooey sticky spread right here in Union Square in 1917. On Saturday, September 27, 2014 local artists, musicians, theatrical performers, inventors, and humorists pay madcap tribute to the creation of this great American foodstuff on two stages. For the ninth annual “What the Fluff?” festival we’re thinking of the early…See More

The Seventh in a series of Annual Picnics, this one will be at Slater MILL in Pawtucket RI ! A Picnic Area! A Mill! And the River presents a chance of accidental drowning for the unwary! Slater Mill is situated along the Blackstone River, in a triangle of space with a greensward and a pair of…See More

Who Goes There?

As a woman who values substance over packaging, I feel a bit odd beginning this bit of conversation but here goes! As a brand new member of this lovely ensemble, I find it very challenging to find out much about other members.Keeping in mind that anonymity is part of the charm of the Aether, I'd love to know, at the…See More

Introduction
Neo Vic Lady Author - leans toward sci-fi horror blended with a Victorian Futuristic puff of Steam! Having evolved from my past punk self into a full-fledged steam dolly, I happened upon this lovely place and breathed a deep sigh of relief...Welcome fellow steamers and my heart is glad to have found you!

My first novel will be released January 2012, soon to be followed by 3 others. That the Aether brought me to you on a puff of steam and wind is nothing short of miraculous!

Cheers - Lady Rey

Dear Ms Rey,  I am so very happy to be invited to your soiree - thank you from the bottom of my heart!  This is the first formal invitation, but it was in the planning process when I joined the group and I missed most of the details.  You are so kind, and my husband and I would love to attend!!!  We will meet you just prior to 4pm in Providence.  We are very new to this and would greatly appreciate any advice you would be so kind as to provide prior to tomorrow evening.  Shall I bring tea?  I would be very pleased to bring tea and some cups and saucers, as well as a little treat for the group to enjoy.  Will this be formal dress?  Also, what shall we bring for crafts?  Thank you so very much - I look forward to meeting you!
